Some of you may ask, "What exactly is exercise?" Exercise is an activity that requires physical and mental exertion, and is most often used to develop and maintain a specific level of fitness. Activities come in many varieties, including swimming, biking, gardening,
sports, running, walking the dog, strength training, and many others. A lot of people begin an exercise program with full intention of achieving maximum results, which is a great goal to set; however, most people have a problem with sticking with their intended program. There are many reasons that people do not continue with an exercise program, but some of the main reasons are due to unrealistic expectations, overexertion, and repetitiveness. This blog is designed to help you choose an exercise program and stick with it by giving information on how to choose an appropriate exercise plan and how to set realistic goals.
